Refund Policy
At AsSeenOnTT, we want you to be happy with your order.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at support@asseenontt.store with your order number and reason for return.
Non-returnable items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Items marked as final sale
- Used or damaged items not caused by us
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom items, if applicable
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@asseenontt.store. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can help resolve it quickly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Contact us at support@asseenontt.store for exchange requests.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders may already be processing and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.
